What is motivation
people to take action in order to achieve
their goals.
It is the process of starting, maintaining,
and guiding goal-oriented behaviours.
Motivation can take many forms.
But I always prefer mental motivation.
Mental Motivation
Mental well-being is just as vital as
physical well-being.
We wishes to be happy all of the time.
However, there are moments when we are
unable to feel happy.
We must be psychologically tough if we
are to face certain emotions in our lives.
We should be mentally strong.
We must be able to remain cool in the face
of adversity in our lives.
Mental motivation is very required in this
situation.
