1.Place the steaks at room temperature
for 30 mins
2. Rub the each sides of the steak with
the olive oil to coat.
3. Take a bowl, combine the salt,white pepper
powder,black pepper powder,onion powder.
Rub both sides of the steak with the mixture.
Keep a side for 30 mins.
4. Take a pan and add some olive oil. Cook
both sides of the steak for 4 mins.
5. Add some butter
6. Add shallots and garlic
7. Cook it for 4 - 5 mins.
