Dalgona coffee is a beverage made by whipping equal proportions of instant coffee, sugar and hot water until it becomes creamy and then adding it to cold or hot milk. Occasionally, it is topped with coffee powder, cocoa, crumbled biscuits, or honey. 

Ingredients 

Instant coffee powder 3 tbsp
Sugar 4 tbsp
Hot water 3 tbsp

Methods


  • In a mixing bowl, put instant coffee powder, sugar and hot water. 
  • Whip it with a hand beater on a high speed for 3-5 mins. 
  • In a cup add 3/4 chilled milk. 
  • Put 2 1/2  tsbp of coffee cream. Then mix  the milk and cream well. 
  • Dalgona coffee is ready
