Easy Kitchen Tips & Tricks

Here are some tips and tricks that my

mom applies in the kitchen.

Iam sure that this tips will help you in

cooking.


1. Meat


  For softening meat

➡️ Soak the meat in vinegar water for half

 an hour and then cook.

➡️ Add mustard paste to the meat.

To get aroma

➡️ When the meat is cooked, squeeze one or

 two tomatoes and pour.


2. Leafy Vegetables


➡️When leafy vegetables cooked add little

water, because leafy vegetables have a lot of

water.

➡️Once the vegetables are cooked, do not

reheat them. It is harmful.

➡️Use iron utensils to cook leafy vegetables.

The iron content in them is good for the

 body.


3. Tasty Salads

➡️Put the chopped bananas in a cup of

 yogurt.

Add milk and ghee and mix well. Then add

grapes, nuts, dates and cardamom powder.

➡️Vegetable Salad :

Use fresh and wholesome vegetables for

salads.

4. Pickles


 ➡️Apply mustard oil on the inside of the

bottle so that the pickle does not get

damaged for a long time.

➡️Use vinegar with acetic acid for pickles.

➡️Store acidic pickles in glass jars.

➡️Do not open the pickle jar frequently.

 Take some and set aside.
